We always want you to love whatever purchases you make and we also want you to like whatever gifts you receive. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your merchandise based on these guidelines below.

• No cash refunds on merchandise after 10 days from the date of purchase
• In-store credit only within 30 days of purchase
• All layaways, special orders and custom pieces are considered final sales
• Estate merchandise is always a final sale and is sold as is, No Warranty.
• No refunds without receipts
• No returns on worn jewelry
